Habits to be fit:                                                     Bad habits:

1.Running. It is the easiest way to exercise.             2.junk food.
2.walk                                                                    3.  not exercise  
3. Ating fruits and vegetables.                                  4.take alcohol
4.Go to the gym.                                                     5.drugs
5. practice a sport
